Unlike traditional platforms that monetize by selling consumption habits or bank logs to advertisers, our software model is strictly self-contained: your financial records are private, confidential, and accessible only by you.

We only collect information strictly necessary to power the platform:

Basic Identity Data:First name, last name, and email address.
User Financial Records:Transaction entries (amounts, dates, payment channels, notes), monthly budgets, customized categories/subcategories, and savings goal balances.
App Preferences:Base display currency (CRC / USD), visual color theme (Nordic Glacier Light / Deep Midnight Dark).
Security Telemetry:IP addresses and authentication timestamps solely to detect suspicious login patterns and protect your account.

Your data is processed strictly for the following operational needs:

5. Data Retention and Right to be Forgotten

We retain your data as long as your account remains active. You maintain full rights to:

Portability:Download a complete copy of all your transactions and budgets in standard open formats (CSV or JSON).
Rectification:Modify or correct any financial record at any time.
Total Erasure:Request permanent, irreversible deletion of your account and all associated database records. Once executed, data is mathematically unrecoverable, even by Axys Studio engineers.

Flow Sync only uses strictly essential technical components to ensure the platform functions seamlessly:

Session Cookies:Keep your account safely authenticated as you navigate, ensuring you don't need to re-enter your password on every screen.

We NEVER employ advertising cookies, social media trackers, or commercial profiling tools. Your browsing is private and never shared with advertisers.
