By accessing, registering for, or interacting with Flow Sync App (hereinafter, 'the Service'), owned and operated by Axys Studio, you enter into a binding agreement subject to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms outlined herein, you must refrain from using the platform.

Flow Sync is a personal finance management software designed for movement tracking, account reconciliation, categorical budgets, and multi-currency savings goals (Costa Rican Colones - CRC and US Dollars - USD).

Flow Sync is NOT a bank, credit union, broker, nor a depository institution regulated by SUGEF or equivalent regulatory bodies. Flow Sync does not hold fiat currency in custody nor process direct interbank wire transfers. The information displayed is purely for analytical and personal record-keeping purposes.

To access the Service, you must register with a valid email address and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

In the event of suspected unauthorized access, session compromise, or physical device loss, you agree to immediately notify out team via support@getflowfinance.com and reset your password using the password recovery flow.

All source code, user interfaces, Flow Sync trademarks and logos, design system tokens, database structures, and reconciliation algorithms are the exclusive intellectual property of Axys Studio, protected by international copyright and industrial property treaties.

Axys Studio grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to utilize the Service in compliance with authorized application functionality.

We aim to provide 99.9% annual uptime utilizing redundant cloud infrastructure. However, the Service may experience scheduled downtime for technical maintenance, security patch rollouts, or network contingencies beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Axys Studio shall not be liable for indirect financial losses, improper investment decisions, or balance discrepancies caused by erroneous manual entries or malformed file imports made by the user.

You may close your account at any time via the Preferences section in the application. Account deletion permanently and irreversibly purges your database records, or provides an exportable backup according to our Privacy Policy.

Axys Studio reserves the right to amend these terms to reflect regulatory updates or new application capabilities. Material modifications will be announced via the app or via email. These terms are governed by applicable law, and disputes shall be resolved before competent courts.
